Membership to this chapter is more than an honor. It is an ongoing responsibility and an obligation to continue to demonstrate those outstanding qualities that resulted in your initial selection.

​Any member of this organization will also carry a responsibility to our chapter. If our chapter of the National Honor Society is to be effective and  meaningful,  each member must become involved, not only on a school level but on a community level as well.

About Us
The National Honor Society aims to encourage students' and schools' commitment to its four values : Character, Scholarship, Leadership, and Service.
At North Bergen High School, we also aim to uphold these values and prepare our memberships for their futures as leaders.
Projects and Volunteering
Our members take part in various projects and volunteer opportunities to gain experience which may help them in the future. Most of our projects are discussed as a group to ensure everyone's interest and we encourage them to seek their own volunteer projects.
Membership
  Being part of the National Honor Society allows for several opportunities to grow and develop leadership skills. It also helps fosters a desire help others not just in our school but also in our community.                   Now the question is:
